نویسندگان

چکیده

Background. Recently, hyaluronic acid dissolving microneedles (HA-DMNs) have been widely used in antiwrinkle research studies. However, the comparison of HA-DMNs with nonablative fractional laser (NAFL), which is regarded as gold standard treatment facial wrinkles, still lacking. Objective. The purpose was to compare therapeutic effects and adverse NAFL on infraorbital wrinkles. Methods. A prospective, randomized, split-face trial performed one side other. wrinkle numbers, photo-numeric scores, VISIA assessment scores were compared at baseline 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks post-treatment. Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) monitor collagen fibers. Adverse subjects’ satisfaction evaluated using scales. Results. final analysis included 28 patients. numbers decreased both week-2, 12. week-8 week-2. There no significant differences these indexes between two sides. RCM images demonstrated a similar increase density Burning, erythema, edema, crust higher than side. difference Conclusion. are effective options for rejuvenation. From change provided comparable efficacy an observation period weeks. Meanwhile, offered more favorable effect profile therapy. Mild but persistent pain, edema during therapy noteworthy require improvement.
